PE100 polyethylene pipe for passing electrical cables
PE100 polyethylene pipes (MRS 10) of black colour with any red identification strips and with a smooth surface for underground laying, including by trenchless techniques, to protect cables for electrical installations, complying with DIN 8074/75, CEI EN 61386-24 and UNI EN ISO 15494.
Properties of polyethylene pipes for cable protection
The main mechanical characteristics of a cable protection tube are crush resistance and impact resistance. Crushing resistance is essential given the burial of pipes subjected to the static loads above and the stresses caused by dynamic loads, while impact resistance is necessary to ensure the integrity of the cable duct during installation. The tubes in the CABLEX EXTRA range meet the requirements of CEI EN 61386-24 for both properties.
Junction
Connections between CABLEX EXTRA pipes can be performed by head-to-head welding, electrofusion welding or by mechanical joining with simple and quick-use sleeves capable of ensuring maximum sealing.
Compatible with Simply Fit System
Pipe system + connection with heat-sealed cup joint that allows for the safe, fast, and extremely reliable construction of polyethylene nets for the transport and distribution of drinking or drinking water and pressurized wastewater.
