RENO 100 INDUSTRIA FC
PE100 polyethylene tubes (MRS 10) in black, with characteristics compliant with the UNI EN ISO 15494 standard, intended for the transport of food fluids, in accordance with current European legislation for materials and objects in contact with food (MOCA).
RENO 100 INDUSTRIA FC pipes are subjected to the rigorous analytical controls required by European regulations to ensure the transport of food-grade fluids and solids (Reg. (EC) n. 10 of 14/1/11 and subsequent amendments). The materials behind the RENO 100 INDUSTRIA FC tubes are adequately controlled, safe and inert to prevent their components from negatively impacting the health of the consumer or influencing the quality of the foods they come into contact with, altering their taste and smell.
The sectors of use mainly concern the production, processing, conservation, preparation and administration of:
- alcoholic beverages (including beer, wine, cider)
- mineral water and soft drinks
- dairy products
- salt solutions
- dry products
For other applications, the use must be specifically and previously evaluated.
The manufacturing process underlying RENO 100 INDUSTRIA FC tubes ensures constant compliance with the requirements for manufacturing through purpose-appropriate equipment and personnel aware of the critical stages of production as well as documented insurance and quality control systems, in accordance with good manufacturing practices (Reg. (EC) n. 2023 of 22/12/06 and subsequent amendments).
RENO 100 INDUSTRIA FC pipes can be installed following the practices set out in the standards in force for polyethylene pipes.
Careful washing with water is recommended before their use.
