Renovation VRC BS

The commitment of Idrotherm 2000 in the management of the sustainability of its products is enriched with the range RENOVATION VRC® BS (bio-sourced) obtained from bio-masses.
The alternative resulting from the use of raw materials of non-fossil origin makes it possible to combine the same technical characteristics of fossil-based Renovation VRC® products with the principles of sustainable management of the planet.
PE100-RC Renovation VRC® BS (with high cracking resistance) pipes can be used for:
- Networks for the distribution of fuel gases (natural gas and hydrogen) in compliance with EN 1555 and ISO 4437 and the technical specification PAS 1075 for alternative installations.
- Networks for supply drinking water under pressure in compliance with EN 12201, ISO 4427 and technical specification PAS 1075 for alternative installations.
- Drainage and sewerage systems under pressure, vacuum sewage systems and the supply of water for general purposes, in compliance with EN 12201, ISO 4427 and technical specification PAS 1075 for alternative installations.
With the choice of RENOVATION VRC® BS it is possible to contribute to environmental sustainability by replacing fossil fuel sources for the production of PE100-RC pipes with non-fossil sources, using the ISCC Plus scheme’s mass balance approach.
