Chlorine‑Resistant PE100 RC Polyethylene Pipes
PE100 RC Pipes with High Resistance to Chlorinated Disinfectants
Polyethylene piping systems manufactured from PE100 RC (MRS 10) with enhanced resistance to stress cracking and to chlorine-based disinfectants, multylayer blue/black in colour with white identification stripes, intended for the supply of drinking water and raw water prior to treatment, compliant with the requirements of the international standards EN 12201, ISO 4427 and EN 1622, the technical specification PAS 1075 (Type 2) for alternative installation techniques (open trench without sand bedding and no dig) and the national regulations for drinking water.
Introduction: The RENOVATION VRC IRD pipe range is designed and manufactured using polyethylene resins with high resistance to disinfectants. These compounds significantly improve the medium‑ and long‑term performance of pipelines for the transport of potable water or water intended for potabilisation, in all applications where resistance to the action of chlorinated disinfectants is a critical factor.
Compatible with the Sistema Simply Fit
Pipe + fitting system with thermally welded socket joint, enabling the safe, fast and extremely reliable construction of polyethylene networks for the conveyance and distribution of potable water or water intended for potabilisation, as well as pressurised wastewater.
