Following the commitment undertaken to protect the environment, Idrotherm 2000 considers it fundamental to inform the end users on the procedures for handling the pipes used for the supply of water, the distribution of gaseous fuels, sewerage systems, irrigation systems and telecommunications at the end of their life cycle.
An analysis of this life cycle, projected over a timescale of no less than 50 years, highlights that for Idrotherm 2000’s products made from thermoplastics such as polyethylene and polypropylene, there is much less environmental impact than for pipes of equivalent diameter made from other materials.
Idrotherm 2000 products also guarantee a better performance as a consequence of less accidental breakage incidents. At the end of their life cycle, these products can be recycled and reclaimed for use in other sectors or, alternatively, their energy content can be used in appropriate plants.
